Standard Car Service

Our standard service is a comprehensive check of your vehicle to ensure it runs efficiently and safely and generally includes:

• Changing oil and oil filter to keep the engine running smoothly.
• Check tyre pressure and tread, rotate tyres and check if a wheel alignment is needed.
• Check & top up all the fluid levels in your car, including coolant, brake fluid and transmission fluid.
• Perform a battery test to ensure enough charge.
• Check lights and see if bulbs need replacing.
• Visual checks of brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Inspect essential parts such as belts and hoses for signs of damage or wear.
• Check for any faults with brakes, suspension or steering systems that may need attention soon.
• Checking or replacing the air and fuel filters and auto air conditioning refrigerant gas if needed.

Logbook Service

Logbook servicing is essentially the same as standard car service, except that it's done on brand new cars under warranty at specific intervals set out by the manufacturer's specifications. The logbook service varies by manufacturer but is usually every 10,000km or 12 months depending on what comes first and follows the guidelines set out for the service.

The auto industry's biggest myth is that your car loses its new statutory warranty if the dealer does not service it. This is false, providing you service your car to the manufacturers' specifications at scheduled intervals. Any qualified mechanic or service shop can perform a log book service on your car by following the manufacturer's requirements and using products that meet the original specification. As long as the log book is stamped, it will not void your statutory warranty. 

Our qualified mechanics will inspect and repair all critical components of your car, such as the engine, brakes and suspension system. The mechanic will also check the bodywork for any signs of damage or corrosion.
